Engineering Group of the Geological Society (EGGS)

The Engineering Group is the largest of the Geological Society's Specialist Groups. Since its formation in 1964 the Group has been the main focus for engineering geology in the UK.

International Association for Engineering Geology and the Environment (IAEG)

Founded in 1964 and to promote and encourage the advancement of Engineering Geology through technological activities and research to improve teaching and training in Engineering Geology, and to collect, evaluate and disseminate the results of engineering geological activities on a worldwide basis.
